Michael Havaien
Founder | Writer | Director | Producer
Michael Havaien is an award-winning writer, director, and producer and the Founder of London Rowe Media, a film, television, animation, and AI-driven storytelling studio. Known for bold, cinematic narratives and visually striking work, Havaien’s storytelling spans narrative film, music videos, branded content, and television development. His work has been recognized by international festivals and industry organizations for its originality, technical execution, and emotional impact. As both a creative and executive leader, Havaien develops stories that balance cultural relevance with scalable, franchiseminded vision.
Michael holds a B.A. in Cinema Studies & Journalism from Hampton University and was a scholarship recipient to NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, where he further refined his craft in film and television production.
In 2024, he signed a production deal with Magenta Light Studios as a writer for film and television. He currently leads an expanding slate at London Rowe Media, overseeing feature and episodic projects including Freddy Ca$h, William, The Master’s Ball, and Toughguy.
His award-winning credits include PANDA, winner of Best Short Screenplay (Horror) at the International Film Festival of Bahrain; 2B48 (2 Bravo 48 / INMATE), which earned Best Music Video Cinematography at the New York Cinematography Awards; and I’m Out There, recipient of Best Music Video and Best Performance at the MegaFlix Movie Awards (UK). His work has also received Official Selection and Finalist honors from the Munich Music Video Awards.
Through London Rowe Media, Michael continues to build a studio-driven body of work that merges cinematic craft, cultural impact, and forward-thinking IP development.

He has delivered more than $50 million in sales and measurable audience growth, consistently helping brands and media companies expand reach, engagement, and cultural relevance through forward-leaning creative strategies.
As the Founder and Chief Creative of romStudio AI, Raymond leads a remote, AI-powered creative studio focused on scalable storytelling systems for brands, media companies, and original IP. Through romStudio AI, he designs and executes cross-platform campaigns spanning video production, 3D animation, cinematic concept development, and social-first storytelling. His work has increased client engagement by up to 25% and expanded online reach by as much as 40% by blending creative intuition with data-informed execution.
Previously, Raymond held senior leadership and creative roles with Vibe magazine, Blaze magazine, Uptown Media Group, Nike, Under Armour, and Brown Girl Media Productions. As the founding publisher of Blaze, he helped launch one of hip hop culture’s most influential platforms dedicated to lyrical artistry and street-level authenticity, later expanding the brand into the HBO original programming special Blaze Battle World Championship.
Raymond’s career also includes pioneering digital platforms such as UptownMagazine.com and, more recently, Rooted Global, a culturally inclusive, multilingual guided meditation video series designed to center and uplift women of color through mindfulness, technology, and storytelling.
At London Rowe Media, Raymond supports the company’s expanding slate of original film, television, and digital IP by integrating artificial intelligence into early-stage development, visual world-building, and production workflows. Certified in Google AI Essentials, Superhuman AI Workplace Proficiency, and RunwayML, with advanced training through AI Master Pro, he continues to operate at the intersection of creative leadership and emerging technology, delivering projects on time while achieving measurable creative and business outcomes.
Kara Gamel
Staff Writer | Screenwriter | AI Narrative Designer
Kara Gamel is an award-winning screenwriter, ghostwriter, and AI narrative designer currently serving as a Staff Writer at London Rowe Media. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film and Television from DePaul University, Kara brings a strong cinematic foundation to a career that bridges film, publishing, interactive media, and emerging AI-driven storytelling.
Kara’s work spans independent films, web series, romance novels, interactive games, mobile apps, and short-form cinematic content. She has written and ghostwritten scripts for a wide range of production companies and studios, including LiveColors, Soul Sentinel Productions, London Rowe Media, and Balloon Labs. Her adaptability across formats allows her to seamlessly move between traditional screenwriting, interactive storytelling, and AI-assisted narrative design.
In the publishing and mobile entertainment space, Kara has written and ghostwritten romance novels, web novels, interactive game scripts, ReelShort-style screenplays, and AI narratives for global platforms and studios such as Crazy Maple Studio, ReelShort, IGG Games, and GoodNovel. Her work is known for emotionally driven characters, fast-paced plotting, and strong audience engagement—particularly within romance, fantasy, and interactive formats.
Kara’s original pilot script has received significant industry recognition, earning an award at the Venice Under The Stars Film Festival and finalist placements at the LA Under the Stars Film Festival and the New York Metropolitan Screenwriting Competition and Film Awards. These accolades reflect her ability to craft compelling, high-concept stories that resonate with both audiences and juries.
She also co-wrote Werewolf Romance Story – Otome, a mobile dating game that has surpassed 500,000 downloads and maintains a 4.8-star rating on the Apple App Store—further cementing her expertise in interactive and player-driven storytelling.
At London Rowe Media, Kara continues to develop bold, character-centric narratives across film, television, and emerging digital platforms, contributing to the company’s expanding slate of original IP and AI-enhanced storytelling initiatives.
David Warner
Lead Illustrator – HAUS OF Minis Cartoon
David Warner is a visual storyteller whose work lives at the intersection of illustration, motion design, and culture. Based in Long Island, New York, David brings ideas to life through bold imagery, thoughtful design, and a deep understanding of how visuals move people—emotionally and narratively.
As Lead Illustrator for the HAUS OF Minis Cartoon at London Rowe Media, David is a key creative force shaping the look, feel, and identity of the brand. From character development to world-building, his work helps define the visual language of HAUS OF Minis, translating imagination into vibrant, expressive visuals that resonate across generations. His approach balances playful creativity with intentional design, ensuring every frame, asset, and character serves the larger story.
David’s background spans motion graphics, illustration, branding, and campaign development. He has created marketing materials and artist-focused campaigns across both creative and business environments, consistently bridging visual artistry with strategic communication. Whether designing animated assets, promotional content, or immersive visual narratives, his work is driven by clarity, impact, and purpose.
Throughout his career, David has collaborated with brands, media companies, and creative teams to produce content that not only looks striking but communicates meaning.
