Series Synopsis
THE JOUST is a high-stakes dance competition game show where love, rivalry, and rhythm collide.
Each episode features two contestants from the same household or relationship— partners, spouses, siblings, or family members—competing head-to-head to determine who truly rules the dance floor. Equal parts competition and emotional showdown, THE JOUST turns personal relationships into electrifying performances.
As the show opens, the host welcomes the live studio audience, introduces the concept, and sets the stakes. Contestant #1 enters first, greeting the audience and host before a brief interview. They then take their side of the stage to prepare. The process is repeated for Contestant #2, establishing clear sides—like opposing knights entering an arena.
